Welcome to Repprt (“Platform”, “Service”). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization (“Company”, “User”, or “Subscriber”) and Nexora AI LLC(“Nexora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our compliance tracking services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a subscription tier, or accessing Repprt, you represent that you are authorized to bind your employer or company to these terms, and agree to comply with and be bound by this agreement.

2. Description of Service & Account Tiers

Repprt provides workspace document compliance tracking, crew scheduling timelines, and AI-enabled metadata parsing. Usage bounds are enforced based on subscription plans:

  • Starter Plan: Includes up to 50 active employee records, standard compliance checklists, and a limit of 10 AI OCR document extractions per month.
  • Professional Plan: Includes unlimited active employee records, custom document type templates, custom SMS/email notifications, and 200 AI OCR document extractions per month.

3. Subscription Billing & Stripe Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis using Stripe. By choosing a plan, you authorize Nexora AI LLC (via Stripe) to charge your stored credit card automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription or update saved payment details at any time via the Settings page.

4. Plan Downgrade & Usage Guardrails

If you choose to downgrade from the Professional plan to the Starter plan, your active employee count must be below **50** at the time of the request. Downgrades are blocked if your current usage exceeds the bounds of the target Starter plan. Downgrading will result in the loss of custom compliance templates and custom notification settings.

5. Account Integrity & Anti-Spam Policy

Repprt is a professional B2B compliance management platform. To maintain service reliability and platform security, users must register accounts using genuine and authorized names, organization details, and active business/work emails.

The use of automated bots, script-based signups, or trick email aliasing techniques (including but not limited to Gmail dot-alias and plus-addressing variations) to create duplicate workspaces or evade account and usage restrictions is strictly prohibited. Any accounts, profiles, or workspaces detected to have been registered or managed in violation of these guidelines are considered unauthorized and are subject to immediate suspension, termination, and permanent removal without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexora AI LLC provides Repprt as a tool to assist with operations monitoring. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all compliance documents, expiry dates, and AI-extracted metadata. Nexora AI LLC is not liable for any operations closures, legal penalties, training lapses, or data losses resulting from compliance breaches.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
